Returns Policy

At Shopwoowoo, we accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. We do not allow exchanges or returns due to buyers' negligence in purchasing the wrong size or fitting problems. Measurements will be stated in product page. 

*All international orders are not eligible for returns or exchange unless determined at the sole discretion of Shopwoowoo. We will ensure to check for defects before mailing international orders.
 
PROCEDURE
  1. Email us at hellotowoowoo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item with (a) Your order number (b) Clear image and description of defect
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed). It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Upon receiving a response email from us on your request, returns must be completed within 3 working days. Please note that refunds will be approved or rejected at the sole discretion of Shopwoowoo.
  4. Return item must be mailed back to Shopwoowoo via SingPost Registered Mail only. Shopwoowoo will not be responsible for any lost mails.
  5. Once return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the rights to reject any returns that are not eligible for returns.
  6. Defects that are caused due to mishandling by customer (such as through washing or ironing), or deliberately damaged WILL NOT BE eligible for returns.
  7. If the item is still in-stock, we will offer a replacement of the defective item (exact same product, colour and size) via trackable postage only. 
  8. Refund (excluding third party transaction charges such as postage costs, bank charges) will be processed and communicated to customer via email.
  9. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
